I want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Each item is made with care, and many are printed to order just for you—so please take a moment to read the product descriptions thoroughly, including sizes and details, before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right (for example, the wrong item was sent), please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do everything I can to make it right!

To help resolve things quickly, just send me an email within 10 days of receiving your item, along with a few clear photos of the issue. I’ll happily offer either a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

As most products are custom-made, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. But if something’s gone wrong, I genuinely care and will work with you to find a happy solution.
